The warranty period for delivered products is 2 years.

The warranty covers defects in workmanship or material that may appear in any of Meriser Oy's products.

Meriser Oy undertakes, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace any product found to be defective within the warranty period. The seller's liability for damages other than in the product itself is governed by the Product Liability Act (694/1990).

If the product is improperly handled, installed or other such reason has been detected, the supplier will be free from liability.

The warranty claim will only be paid when the defective product or damaged part has been delivered to the Meriser Oy factory for inspection and it is stated that the damage is covered by the warranty claim.

The return must be accompanied by a written statement of the nature and origin of the defect and a statement clarifying when the goods were delivered to the consignee. The number of the order or invoice must be given.

Meriser Oy’s liability for defects in the products as well as other liability and terms of sale are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of the Association of Finnish Technical Traders 2010 (TK General 2010).

Meriser Oy reserves the rights to change the prices and discounts.

Meriser Oy possesses the ISO 9001 certificate.

Meriser Oy has a product liability and contaminated products insurance.
